I posted a question on 3/10/17 and the moderators never responded.
One member offered me advice (thank you "Harald 4") but I've never gotten a response from a moderator. Here is/was my topic from 3/10/17:

I'm able to successfully load FUSE onto my iMac w/Sierra OS (it appears in my application list). When I click on it, the FUSE window opens but it then just reads: "Loading. please wait..." and never opens up.

I've used FUSE before in an older iMac and a PC I previously owned, so I'm very familiar with how to download it and use it.

I've tried some suggestions on how to resolve this Sierra OS issue, but it just turns out to be an exercise in circular frustration.

HELP!!!!

There are no moderators here to answer questions, the questions are answered by members. Sometimes a Fender employee will respond, but this is rare.

I wish I could help you with your problem, but I have zero knowledge with Macs.

Hopefully someone will come along who can help.

OK, I am NOT a Mac person, so I might be wrong here, but ....

These are the requirements to run Fender Fuse on a Mac:

Mac OS X 10.7 or higher
Intel Processor
512 MB Memory

You are running Sierra OS. My understanding is that starting with 'Sierra', OS X has been rebranded as macOS. My best guess is Fender Fuse doesn't currently work with macOS, as indicated in the minimum requirements above.

I'm not very familiar with Mac OS's, but I have come across a thread on another forum that someone with a Mac had the same issue, and it was related to Microsoft Silverlight. Try downloading the latest vs of Silverlight , install and try again. Hope that helps

As was said, try reloading Silverlight. I'm running Sierra on a macBook and have no issues with Fuse connecting to my Mustang and Super Champ. If that doesn't work, remove all of it (Fuse and Silverlight) and try a fresh download from the Fender website and a new install from scratch. The problem isn't because your using Sierra.

Hey Brad, since you're passing along feedback to the team, maybe you can mention the following. The Mustang™ I / II / III / IV / V / Mini / Floor and Fender FUSE™ Software (2010 - Current) sections of the forum have been left dangling in the wind while the team was working on Mustang™ GT. I can't remember the last time Fender staff commented in any of those threads.

Now the new amp is out, and you've commented in just about every thread in the GT sub forum. So how long can we expect this level of attention before the team moves on to the next project and completely ignores this platform?

It comes across as "Fairweather Customer Service" and does not inspire me to buy in to new Fender products.

I understand product support is not necessarily the purpose of the forum, but (IMO) it should be. Would you rather answer the same question 100 times over the phone, or just once on the forum where 100 people can view a solution?

strings, I *totally* understand where you're going there with that commentary. At the same time, it's always important to keep cognizant of our Forum guidelines here and our "purpose for being," so to speak: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=61

Just trying to help get some healthy excitement brewed up about the GT - we're naturally pretty excited about the release and heck, I just picked up a GT40 myself this morning and can't wait to dive in to the thing!

This short answer is, "don't hold your breath for support here on the internet. Make a phone call instead. It looks like they'll take a fax too"

Fender Consumer Relations department representatives can assist you with most technical questions about guitars or basses. It's almost impossible, however, to diagnose a complex technical issue by phone. To expedite a resolution to your problem, Fender representatives may refer you to a certified technician at a Fender Authorized Service Center in your area.

Seems to me like the answer some insisted upon.

However, imo, the problem really is sierra.
5 to 10 restarts per day has become standard for me.

To be practical, something I found out:

Have your main presets with a 4-button footswitch in
Mode 1: GA1, GA2, GA3 and your tuner obviously.

In Mode 2 you can organise your presets by numbers
1, 2, 3, but also in 10, 20, 30, think of banks.

In Mode 3, you can not only disable effects
((Stomp, Mod and Delay), but also employ them.
Think of having a midi board with 3 switches.
Great feature, should keep you busy for at least
another week to adapt

Also look out for Vernon Reid's and Dough Wimbish's
rigs at premiere guitar
You might feel a little dizzy after a while...

Listen to what Billy Cox has to say,
and spend an afternoon listening to the "Band of Gypsies"

I'll be happy to assist in programming any preset only possible
with fuse and post it in the download section.
...if you can describe what you're about to achieve.
