I'm able to successfully load FUSE onto my iMac w/Sierra OS (it appears in my application list). When I click on it, the FUSE window opens but it then just reads: "Loading. please wait..." and never opens up.

I've used FUSE before in an older iMac and a PC I previously owned, so I'm very familiar with how to download it and use it.

I've tried some suggestions on how to resolve this Sierra OS issue, but it just turns out to be an exercise in circular frustration.

HELP!!!!

Same setup here.
Seems like Sierra is still in an early update stage
and not always working as expected.
After a restart Fuse should work fine

Nope- I'm way beyond that (unfortunately).

I've restarted my computer many times since and it hasn't resolved it.

It has been stated here already, silverlight_plugin has to stay installed
as a component on your mac. Without it, fuse will load forever but will never open up.
If that does not help, call Fender

Yeah, Silverlight is installed and everything I checked on the computer says that it (Silverlight) is funtioning properly. Calling Fender?! That sounds like a nightmare scenario :)

OK, I am NOT a Mac person, so I might be wrong here, but ....

These are the requirements to run Fender Fuse on a Mac:

Mac OS X 10.7 or higher
Intel Processor
512 MB Memory

You are running Sierra OS. My understanding is that starting with 'Sierra', OS X has been rebranded as macOS. My best guess is Fender Fuse doesn't currently work with macOS, as indicated in the minimum requirements above.

You must have a mistake somewhere.
Otherwise I do not see a logic it is working at my setup,
but not in yours.
Remove fuse and silverlight completely with "clean my mac"
and restart. Then download again.
Have all files on your system HD.
Install and restart - now what ?

Had the same problem.
You need to give Fuse permissions.
Go to your systems Settings>Security and Privacy
There under the Privacy TAB select "accessibility"
There make sure the box next to Fender FUSE is checked.

After that it worked for me.

Could u be loved ?
Who needs fuse anyway?

My main amp is a Fender 75 with a 15" speaker from the '80ies,
great sounding but unreliable on stage.
So I bought this one Mustang IV V.2,
downloaded some 4 presets and here I am after 1 month.
Incredible machine, all it takes is some time to get it to sing.

As far as I know, EQing is the name of the game,
definitely not prolonging a discussion about some software

I had the same problem. All I did was use SAFARI (not Chrome) to install the latest version of Silverlight. After I did that, it started up right away. I'm using the very latest High Sierra on a 2012 MacBook Pro.
