The sample rate for the mustang series is 16bit as far as I know. And no you can't.

Why do you ask? Are you hitting a limitation or just wondering?

No just deciding if i should arse round with fender asio driver but if its only 16 bit i'll go headphone out into my Emu card and sample at 24 bit (better headroom ) and should be able to monitor via patchmix with no latency .
Also using re fuse to reorder presets (great program).
Love the amp it's just a pity Fender doesn't do software very well

That's probably your best bet. Connecting directly via USB can come with some latency issues. Please post your recordings here, we would love to check them out!

There is no Fender ASIO driver. It's an old version of ASIO4ALL which they have renamed and removed the tools from.

So no, avoid. Use the real ASIO4ALL if you have to, but it's generally better to go to a dedicated sampler.

Tried both versions of asio4all (orig and fenders) with 3 different sound cards at all latencys from 64 up to 2048
Crackling (dropout) on all this was in win xp will try same tests in win 7 and 8
went into emu card via headphone skt Perfect no dropout at all
Just got to get my head around emu patchmix to get realtime monitoring when playing back and rec live in cubase and pro tools
latency is doable at the moment but if I can get it realtime then woo hoo amp sounds great by the way..
