Buy another Tele, y cable adapter, and play single handed hammer ons and pulloffs??? Sorry!

I have played with the pitch transposer, delays, and choruses trying to get one, without any really good results. Good luck!

No seriously, you would need something like this. Plug it into your input or into your effects loop.

... and here are some vids to hear what it sounds like and welcome to these here Forums.

The problem is the way a 12 string guitar is tuned. The first four pairs of strings (E,A,D,G) are tuned one octave apart, but the last 2 pairs (B, E) are tuned in unison. There is no pedal or effect I am aware of that can duplicate that sound or even come close.

The OP was asking for a twelve string *sound* nor was I thinking he was expecting a duplicate. I totally hear what you are saying though but disagree only in that it doesn't even come close. Close but no cigar, eh.

Best single pedal for this might be the Earthquaker Devices' "Organizer".
Turn off the organ sound (choir knob)
Turn off lower octave (down knob)
Almost max out upper octave (up knob)
Use a very short delay for the wet signal (lag knob)

That approximates a 12-string that you play with downstrokes only.

Hi, If you use your FUZE and surf the library web for 12 String , there has been several presets entered that you may like.

I came from a Digitech Rp500 that had an acoustic sim that would mimic a dread perfectly. I grabbed almost every acoustic one I could last night for the mustang. Unfortunately none of them sounded like an acoustic guitar or 12 string.
