I spent some time bringing the main README and the installation Wiki pages up to date for the mustang-midi-bridge project. The process for installing and configuring automatic start of the program has been completely documented and I've fixed a few omissions in the list of required software packages.

Using the information online it should be possible for a user to create a headless, plug and play solution for controlling a Mustang amp using MIDI commands. There may still be some issues with support for Mustang I and II (since I do not have one to test with), but I'm going to try borrowing one in the near future to verify operation.

The MIDI specification is essentially the same as Fender's published spec for the obsolete Mustang Floor pedal. It's part of the documentation and should be available as a PDF download on Fender's support web site. Codesmart (owner of Primova Sound and designer of the MIDX-20 device) has composed a nice table of CC commands that covers all the new V2 capabilities. I will be asking for his permission to include these pages in my project.
