I want to do this for the volume and the wah basically. Whats the best way to do this effects loop or front? Front seemed to be noisy for me. FX loop is either right or left side from what I've read...

Anyone else doing this with RP500 / RP1000, whats the best way to do this?

If I recollect correctly, a dual female to male 1/4" Y Adapter cable adapter is mentioned (in Fender's support documents) as one alternative for connecting with the MIV's FX Sends and Returns.

See Fender's website support area for the MIV. There is more than one document regarding the Looper and FX Loop feature.

maybe I'm not understanding what you're going for (I don't have this pedal) , but I don't see the need to buy a "dual female to male adapter".

I would try it this way first and see how it goes:

MUSTANG AMP FX SEND LEFT ===> RP500 INPUT

RP500 LEFT OUTPUT ===> MUSTANG AMP FX RETURN LEFT

RP500 RIGHT OUTPUT ===> MUSTANG AMP FX RETURN RIGHTImage
