Hi guys, been trying to run Remuda with my Galaxy S6 to no avail . I'm using the Fender cable with an OTG adapter as advised on this forum but nothing is responding...
The Phone provider is VODAFONE if that helps. Mustang 3 V2

Thanks in advance!

Check if your Android OS is updated to the latest release.

The developer, errrrr I mean "musiclaw" will be by to help shortly.

REMUDA should work just fine.

Do you see REMUDA's advisory screen that No compatible amplifier or USB device was detected, when you launch the APP without the OTG adapter connected to your Galaxy S6?

Some have reported that they had bad OTG adapters. Try another to confirm that you have a good OTG adapter. You can try connecting a USB Thumb drive, USB Mouse, USB Keyboard, or USB camera to with your OTG to see if it is working, and that your S6's Settings are properly configured to support a USB device.

If still, no good fire off an email to REMUDA's developer. He's very responsive and helpful. Contrary to Strings' comment, I'm a REMUDA User and Supporter; not REMUDA's Developer.

Stringbean,

REMUDA is responding properly so far. I presume you can also access REMUDA's Help doc via the button on the advisory screen, and, that you can also access REMUDA's Performance mode via the link in the upper right. Both will further confirm REMUDA is fine on your device.

My impression is that the OTG adapter ypu have is faulty, or, that your S6 is not correctly configured for USB Host Mode. Have you tried and been successful connecting any other USB device to your S6? There were user post REMUDA's Google Play store page, one who advised he had purchased two faulty OTG cables fro two separate stores before buying a third OTG cable that worked! The other advised he was running Android 6 Marshmallow on a Nexus device and needed to set his USB mode to MTP to manage his USB.

I'm running Lollipop 5.0.1 on my 3 Samsung devices and all run both versions of Remuda just fine.
PM me with your contact info and I'm confident I can help you get this working.

Thanks for all the advice and support guys - it was the OTG adapter! All seems ok now .
Gonna try the Mustang at a gig this weekend - been working on presets so hope it comes through with flying colours !!!
Any tips I should know about gigging these amps? (M 3 V2) .
I'm used to gigging my Supersonic 60 and other valve amps but this is my first time with a modeller....
Will report back!

Outstanding! Glad you got it working.

To facilitate editing, auditioning, comparing, and tweaking Presets use REMUDA's Favorites feature. By enabling the Favorites Marker (at the top of each Preset's Edit dialog) and also enabling the Favorites radio button (at the bottom of the Direct View list), the Direct View List instantly filters the list to show only those Favorited Presets of immediate interest, without having to reassign their Memory number positions to have them visually appear grouped together. Once you dial in the changes and edits you want for your Presets, it is very easy to Drag and Drop them as you wish to reorganize Presets.

Above and beyond using REMUDA to edit, organize, and rearrange your Presets and Audio Signal Chain, be sure to check out REMUDA's Performance Mode. This lets you define multiple SetLists of Songs and assign multiple (currently three) Presets to each Song. In REMUDA's Settings you may enable REMUDA's feature to automatically assign these three Presets to the Four Button Fsw's Quick Access (QA1, QA2, QA3) Buttons (Mode 1) upon selecting a Song using REMUDA's Performance Mode. If you did not add the 4btn fsw option, I'm not sure how REMUDA's Perf Mode will work with the 2 btn fsw.

Post if you have more questions, and have a great gig! REMUDA users are here to help! And, do post back your findings, good and bad.

Just gigged the M3 v2 tonight - I'm totally blown away! It was more than loud enough and no need to use the line outs. The quality of tone was above my expectations and cut through a busy mix brilliantly! (Loud drummer, keys, bass and me) There was a little background hiss but not enough to spoil the party...
Can't wait to get the 4 button footswitch to open things up a bit and take the guesswork out of changing presets!!!
Really can't say enough good things about this flexible little "giant killer!"
Thanks again for all great advice guys - signing off for now, very happy...
