Finally finished building my patchbay/junction box and wired the board up today. Next step, make a custom snake to make setup and tear down much easier. The board is made out of 1/2" birch with a 1/2" birch riser for the 2-button, delay, and patchbay. Going with the morley mini/wah frees up some extra room to run add a couple extra pedals. I primarily use it at church so the extra delay with tap subdivisions is quite useful.

Nice, working on something similar, I just made a patch bay too (if I don't plug the FX loop cables in, all effects default to the front of the amp, which is handy). I have the Fender expression pedal too.

Finally got a chance to test everything as it's my Sunday to play. I had the board sitting at my shop to let the paint smell fade. Only messed up on one cable going to the 2 button switch.

Those are GLS cable ends and I cut up a couple unused hosa cables. I wanted to use pancake ends for everything but they ended up not being ideal as they touched each other on the junction box and wouldn't look good with heat shrink. The pancakes also do not seat fully into the mustang foot switches.
