Can someone PLEASE explain how to set up this pedal for the V1 Mustang? Just bought the pedal, and all I can get it to do is volume (green light) or delay (red)... I really would like to be able to control the wah, and anything else that is programmable. Thanks from an O-L-D noob :D

Hi - it's a great pedal once you get it going. First you have to calibrate the pedal to work with your amp. Here are the instructions along with a note of clarification by forum member scott-uk:

The EXP-1 expression pedal calibration procedure is as follows:

-Press and hold UTIL while powering on, UTIL LED should light up for 1 second.
-Move the expression pedal between the desired heel and toe endpoints to set the range.
-Turn the encoder knob to the next Preset to complete the process.

To clarify a point that isn't explicit enough in the second step of the above instructions: you must first move the pedal, in one movement, to the desired heel movement; then, in one movement, move it to the desired toe position. Do this just once: don't waggle the pedal backwards and forwards, don't move it to the toe position before the heel position, etc.

Once the pedal is calibrated, you can change the pedal behavior per preset in Fuse.

To change the pedal settings:

1. Connect the amp to your computer with a USB cable
2. Load FUSE
3. Go to the preset you want to change
4. Press CTRL+E to bring up the configuration page

It takes a little experimentation with the settings, see if you can take it from there. You can find more detailed instructions on page 13 of this PDF manual: LINK

Additionally, if you have an Android Smartphone or Tablet, the Remuda App also provides configuration and editing of the Pedal parameters for each Preset.
