Reading FFXIhealer's great work on his thread describing the Mustang Amps' and Fuse's features, I started to assemble a crib sheet. One thing led to another, it got a bit out of hand, more comprehensive and I decided to draft a guide for other novices to get a grasp on the Mustang III and Fender Fuse.

I'm a novice, so some/much of the information may be wrong. I quickly gleaned a lot of information off the web, so it also might be wrong. Comments, corrections, criticism and suggestions would be welcome.

Here's the link (updated on 12/12/15):

It looks like the pdf Quick Guide (which I posted in several places) has been downloaded a few hundred times, but I didn't get much feedback or corrections, etc.

I decided that it'd probably work better to move it to a Wiki. It'd be easier for others to make updates and it'd be searchable on the Web. Here's the link to the Unofficial Fender Mustang Amps and Fender Fuse Software Wiki.

As is the nature of Wikis, and together with the fact that I've gotten a little burned out on the project, additions, corrections, etc. are welcome.

Can't believe no one has replied! Your guide is awesome. I have been scribbling notes over the past couple of years, but nothing as comprehensive as your summary. Thanks man, this is a beautiful thing!

Thanks for the kind words. It's been getting about 750 page views per day, since I posted it up. While I imagine a large number of those are bots, even a small number of those being human is pretty encouraging to me. Of course, comments like your are even better.

Unfortunately, coming on the holidays, I'm getting very busy at work and expect to be very busy with family starting this weekend.

MusicLaw's been very helpful/responsive via email. I'm hoping to get some more of his contributions integrated before Christmas.

Thanks, again, for the kind words and encouragement.

I have the Wiki bookmarked and have downloaded the original PDF you posted as well. It is very helpful to have all the information in one place.

Glad to read that it's helpful.

There's still a lot of work to be done on it, but I feel pretty good about progress so far.

MusicLaw brought to my attention that the Wiki was taken down. I touched base with the host and I was told that is now back up.

I haven't contributed any more to the Wiki because I moved to a new house that has an electrical noise issue that I can't resolve and which prevents me from using any amp.

Yeah! It was great to see that RickenAxer was able to get it reinstated! Not sure why it was closed for a while.

i8chillywilly, the more we can steer eyes to the Wikia, the more likely it will remain active. If you're on FB often, continue suggesting users check the Wikia. I quick reference the Wikia at least once a week to check a feature, etc. Who knows, even strings10927 might benefit from the Wikia -- even though it is not a Fender product -- as he doesn't have to buy anything nor tolerate being bothered by notifications of an on sale discount notification. The Wikia is entirely free and a terrifc resource RickenAxer compiled! Just like the Lite Free version of REMUDA from its developer.
