... the volume knob is way too sensitive. It seems that the range of sensitivity is set to Loud, Way Loud, and Way More Loud. I think it would be nice if the audio taper on the knob went smoothly from soft to loud.

It is way too difficult to dial up a quieter volume.

I'm not saying that the amp is too loud, it is just too difficult to set at bedroom levels... 1 degree of rotation on the volume knob equals 20dB of volume increase.

I just wish it were better... it is such a sweet little monster!!!!!

I assume you are talking about the "master" volume knob on the amp? Because that has nothing to do with FUSE.

Just level your presets lower across the board (using the "volume" knob), then you have to turn up the master volume more to get the same total volume and that makes it way more controllable.
Because I agree, in the factory default setup it goes from "1.1 = too low" to "1.5 = way too loud".

I have leveled my presets on my home amp so that master volume at 2 is "bedroom volume", 3 is "fun" and 5 is "people in the house across the street would like to have some music to headbang to".

yep, I had the same complaint until I turned down the VOLUME on pretty much all presets to allow a little more room to turn up the MASTER. Now I can dial in low levels at home with no problem.

Hey - thanks for your help! Where did I say it has anything to do with FUSE? Obviously the master volume.

Does the weight of the moon affect the accuracy of the tuner in my FUSE Mustang VII amp!

I hear the new Mustang v3 line complete with FUSE for Android/iOS fixes that. Probably with a flux compensator in the DSP.

no worries, it really doesn't matter to most who frequent the forums. All the Mustang users know to look in the Fuse forum too. :)

Right - why even bother - I doubt that Fender will never do anything more with FUSE!!! I wonder what the Fender marketing people do... sit around and design chakeys like bottle openers and coasters that they can pawn off on the masses!!!

Good think I'm not in that department. The first thing I would do is give the Custom Shop customer access to any pickup that fits the Fender footprint. Then I'd sick a bevy of programmers on FUSE!

lol, it's a double-negative. I think you meant to say you doubt they will ever do more with it.
