Hi, I have a new PC with Windows 10 and am having problems searching presets. On my old PC with Windows Vista this worked fine. I am logged in to Fuse and when I try to search for any presets on the web I get no results returned. Just wondering if anyone else has the same problems with W10 and could offer any advice? Thanks.

Dear stevemackenzie,

Thanks for your inquiry. We experienced a similar problem with our TSL lab Windows 10 computer, once we cleared the cookies and the cache the problem was resolved. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Regards,

Clearing out the cache and cookies looks to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi, which cookies and cache are you referring too here? I've cleared out Chrome but no joy- is it linked to another (non-default) browser?

I just cleared out cookies and cache from Chrome (my default browser) and it worked OK for me.
