I'd really like to try recording the audio from my Mustang III into Studio One 2 or Tracktion. Can anyone give me some tips. Should I use ASIO4all for FENDERASIO4all?

Thanks for your inquiry. Fender Universal ASIO is the one you should use. I am enclosing a link of where to locate that driver below. As for your question regarding the other driver, it should work also. The Please let us know if we can assist you further.
