I'm a newbie to this site and software so go easy on me. I downloaded a preset and saved it to my amp. It said it saved it as Amber colored "A". Now I have no idea how to access it on my amp. Can someone lend me a hand? I know how to toggle through all of the original presets (Amber, Red, Green) but how to access the new one I downloaded?

Hi cccinatl,

I am happy to assist. So, if the Preset was saved to the Amber 'A' location, you should be able to navigate to the Amber bank and the A position and hear the Preset that you saved to this location. Please check this out, and let us know if this is the case. Additionally, you can use the 'Amp' tab in the Media Library in Fender® FUSE™ (center row of tabs) to view the Presets that are currently loaded on your amp. I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan

And by "navigate to the Amber bank and the A position", they means "crank the Preset knob on the amp all the way counterclockwise".

Here's another tip: the LED's "amber" colour is almost indistinguishable from its "red" colour. It's more of "slightly orange-ish red".
