Hello everyone I cannot seem to log in to my fender fuse software, I have made an account and have connected my fender super champ x2 to my computer and have downloaded the software-all working fine in that sense. The issue arises when I want to log in on the actual software itself, I type in my username and password and click on log in but then it loads for maybe 3/4 of a second and then gives me a message saying arguments not found debugging resource strings are unavailable and then goes on to give me a link to a microsoft website(the link doesn't work). This is keeping me from being able to use the presets that I want to download. Please help-I am on windows 7 if that is important.

I had to register my user name three separate times to get anywhere. I don't mean enter my account info three times, I mean create the accounts.
Once, for the "Community" login via the FUSE software button at the bottom of the FUSE window. Yay, now I could upload/download presets, make comments, and stuff.

Then the Fender Forum did not recognize me when I clicked on the Community "Fuse™ Forums" tab in the FUSE app (and yep, there's my user name at the bottom right, still, next to the little green square), so I created a new account (in the Safari browser) with the same username and email address. Apparently, there was no conflict. Is it a different database?

Then, finally, I wanted to do a product registration for my new amp.
Oh, hey, look at the top right of the forum pages, it says "SIGN IN".
Click that, just to see what it is, and I get:
Quote:
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
Login to your Fender account or create an account to continue.
I just bought a Fender product, doesn't that make me something like a "returning customer"? This must be the place.
I enter my account email and password, it comes back with:
Quote:
SORRY, THIS DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS. CHECK YOUR SPELLING AND TRY AGAIN.
and again my account name was not recognized. I'm now guessing it's for people shopping online, direct from Fender.
:?
But... Check it out: "CUSTOMER SERVICE / REGISTER YOUR FENDER", right at the bottom of the forum page.
It should have been seamless, right?
Nope. I have to log in.
Again.
I get "Does not match our records", or words to that effect.

I created a third (duplicate?) account with the same names and password and that finally worked, just to register my new Fender® product.
Whatever.

Huh. Now I cannot even see my list of registered products, because https://www.fender.com/account has forgotten me.

*edit* I had to ask for a password reset.

I am having a problem with Fuse and the software not seeing my G-Dec 3. I have backgraded down to original software, tried different versions of Silverlight, and read and tried ALL the FAQ's on problems with both Fender products. No resolutions to my problems found yet.
I like the amp and use it frequently at home for its low volume practicality, but am annoyed the software team has not addressed the many complaints users have submitted.

Also, you changed your community login password standard, and MANAGED to lose all my registered Fender products, including my most recent Fender Select Stratocaster. I own a large number of your products, so re-registering them is a PITA. Do you want to ensure customer loyalty? This seems like another example of corporate mindset of "move the product ... then leave them to their own resolutions" I am 63 years old and own a 1966 Fender Wildwood VI acoustic, so this is certainly not my first rodeo !!! Be human and mind the customer, they pay the bills

Yeah...it seems my info got deleted too as part of the "upgrade" to the site. I work in I.T., so I know it's not impossible to do upgrades without losing user data...who ever did this screwed up royally. So...after resetting password, I'll have to re-register my products later tonight or another day.

Huh. I never had any accounts before the upgrade. Mine were all created in the last few days, after the alleged upgrade.

All seems well now though, and logging in via FUSE™ hasn't given me any grief.

Also, you changed your community login password by free
Free Password Managers( that supports windows, iOS and Android system) standard, and MANAGED to lose all my registered Fender products, including my most recent Fender Select Stratocaster. I own a large number of your products in my purchase accounts( that protect by Top Password Manager), so re-registering them is a PITA. Do you want to ensure customer loyalty?
