I have a Fender Mustang I. I begin my studies and when suddenly the modulation effect is triggered without my requisite, unexpectedly the effect is triggered. I've tried to minimize the level of effect and leaves it connects suddenly without my will this effect comes again. I realized this after making the last update. Is there anything I can do to solve the problem? Seems to be a firmware problem.

Hi dyll2000,

I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your amp. It sounds like you may be experiencing the effects knob (Mod) moving to another effect position. I would suggest that you try turning both the Mod and Dly/Rev knobs to the off (or zero) position. Then run your amp this way for a few days. See if the issue is resolved. If so, you may want to use Fender® FUSE™ for your Preset programming, including the effects.

If the amp is still giving you trouble, please let us know. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi dyll2000,

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having trouble with your amp. I would suggest that you contact our distributor in Brazil for assistance. Please note that if you purchased the amp outside of Brazil, such as in North America, you would need to get the amp to a service center in North America. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan
