Help !!! :(
Now you see it-now you don't. The media library -web was working with no issues. Now, nothing no matter how long I wait. Previously the presets had multi page selection and the band tracks about 5 pages to select from and I could add directly to library. The Amp and computer selections work OK. I know I can select presets via the community route but would like the option of direct selection. Any help would be appreciated. PC windows8, logged in shows on bottom right hand corner (entered forum via community) and amp connected (and working).

In anticipation, Ross

As the situation appears to be random available, then off again, I can only presume it hs something to do with the server being on or off. So closing this thread.

Hi BossRoss,

Thanks for your post. Are you still seeing this issue? Or is the Fender® FUSE™ Media Library working more consistently for you now? Please let us know how it is going. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Alan

Alan, Thanks for the interest. The media web library doesn't work every time, matter of fact, I just checked it out and it's working now, came up in10 or 15 seconds but won't progress to second page etc. , band tracks working OK. When the web library loads it won't ADD TO LIBRARY anyway so I have to find the preset in the COMMUNITY presets and download from there. Makes it hardly worthwhile. Also, I note when the web library doesn't come up at all that the preset download button is greyed out. Eventually I'll get all the downloads I want and problem will be minimal. I'm not a computer guru, too ancient for that, so don't understand most of the fixes discussed on this forum. I really don't want to became a computer techo, I want to play my guitars.

Again thanks
PS thought I'd check it out before I submitted post and page two was up , went for page 3 and up it came in about 20 seconds, went for page 4 but lucked out, nothing after several minutes. The 4 pages of band tracks, no probs. Selected a preset, double left mouse button click and its downloaded to the preset folder and is the selected preset and ready to use, this is how I believe it should work all the time. still no page 4 but can select between pages I,2 & 3 easily. Community page downloads working OK, New PC Window 8.1. Is there a timing issue associated with this ie I'm in oz.

Ross

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi BossRoss,

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed reply. And I am sorry that you are experiencing these issues with the Media Library/Web function in Fender® FUSE™. I will definitely discuss this with both our Software and Web teams.

In the meantime, I would suggest that you try an alternate method of accessing the Fender FUSE Community content. Please go to your web browser of choice, and navigate to https://fuse.fender.com. Log in this way, and try searching and downloading some content. Please let me know if this is working as expected for you. Keep in mind that you need to make sure your content goes to the correct location as follows in order for Fender FUSE to populate the content in the Media Library. Thanks.

Presets: Documents/Fender/FUSE/Presets
Band Tracks: Documents/Fender/FUSE/Audio/wav-mp3

Best Regards,

Alan

Fender TSL,

All the other areas of the fuse system appear to work OK, just sometimes the Media Library web never appears. It worked OK midnight OZ time last night, not working yesterday afternoon but is working best ever this morning (OZ time). Can only think it's associated with the signal I'm getting.

Anyway, thank for the support and thanks to all that have submitted presets, I'll contribute when I think I've developed something worthwhile. (I'm a beginner)

Regards, Ross

Hi Ross,

Thanks for your reply and information. It sounds like you are in Australia. I would say that based on your internet service and how reliable it is, this could certainly have a direct effect on the consistency of your access to the Fender® FUSE™ Community/Web content. Although, if it is the internet connection/bandwidth itself, I would suspect that you would see issues with your internet service overall, and not just the Fender FUSE Community.

Perhaps you could clarify as to whether or not you are seeing other issues related to internet connection/bandwidth in general. Then we can go from there. Thanks very kindly.

Best Regards,

Alan
