Hi Guys.

I know this subject has been covered before but most of the posts I viewed are quite old. I have'nt used fuse for quite some time as I mostly use my Marshall amp for gigs and only use my Mustang for practices occasionallly. Last time i used fuse it worked fine. Pretty sure I still have the same system. I tried an old fix from the fender website involving changing silverlight settings but that did'nt work. Below is my pc set up. The only thing that might be new is bitdefender internet security but I tried turning it off and fuse still did'nt load. I know how to adjust settings on the amp but I kinda like having it up on the screen. I find it mush easier to mess around with. 8)

Fixed!!!!.

I read an older post from last October. Although I don't use IE, I reset it as suggested and fuse worked straight away. Info I could have done with yesterday when I spent 2hours trying to get it to work!!!. Happy Days though :)

I was recently forced to load windows 8.1 and my fuse software is no longer working. Are there any plans to upgrade Fuse to work with 8.1?

Thanks, in advance,

Michael

Hi DaddySatyr,

I am sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with Fender® FUSE™ on your upgraded Windows 8 PC. Fender FUSE is compatible with Windows 8. Perhaps an issue occurred during the upgrade process. Also, you will want to make sure that you are using the latest version of Fender FUSE (see link below).

I would suggest that you contact us directly via email and clarify specifically what is happening or not happening with Fender FUSE on your PC at this point. Then we can follow up with some appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Best Regards,

Alan

Same thing here. Stuck and wouldn't budge an inch. And I tried all the recommended fixes from all the sources.
Hours of total frustration and even my computer expert amigo couldn't figure it out.
So I came up with a simple solution. ......
Scrap the amp and delete the program!
I've washed my hands of the Mustang amp and the whole futile FUSE business.
I went back to a real amp that works like they did when I began in 1962.
