My Mustang III V2 did connect to Fuse on my PC last night.

Today it has decided to ignore all my efforts to establish a link.

PS NO changes made to PC ... by my hand. Did I buy a free gremlin?

Windows PC recognises the Mustang explicitly as seen by browsing through my devices. The device manager names it.

Puzzled

I assume you tried restarting the computer (restarts all services) ....

Also, try a different USB port to rule that out (if possible)....

If still a problem after a restart, there are some troubleshooting documents here  viewtopic.php?f=26&t=66946

I am now close to giving up on ever reconnecting to Fuse.

I have been successful twice but failed to connect many many times.

My PC runs Windows 7 (Home Premium)

I have uninstalled all the drivers and repaired .Net 4.5.1.

My PC's Device Manager shows me the Mustang icon and tells me everything is working properly.

I am running Fuse in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

Stuck in limbo.
