Is it possible to change the order of the presets? I don't see anything within the software that supports that but it would sure be nice to be able to. Thanks

Hi drdlk,

Using the free editor/librarian software, Fender® FUSE™ (https://fuse.fender.com/), you can utilize the Media Library in the software to view the Preset content on your amp and move Presets back and forth to and from the amp to your computer.

You simply right click on a Preset that you would like to move in either direction (PC to amp, or amp to PC). This way, you can gather the Presets you would like from the amp (or the Fender FUSE Community web site as well), then send them back to your amp in the locations that you prefer.

I hope this is helpful. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi, Thanks much for your response. What I was wondering was whether you could change the order (i.e. A, B, C...). From your response it seems like what I would need to do is transfer presets from the amp to fuse and upload them again to the spots that I'd like them vs. being able to click and drag for example. Is that correct? Thanks again, Dan

Hi drdlk,

You are very welcome. Yes, that is correct. You would need to bring the Presets to your computer, then send them back to the desired location on your amp. And once you have customized your set, you can take advantage of the Backup/Restore feature in Fender® FUSE™ (Main Menu/Utilities/Backup) for save keeping. Please let me know if I can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan

There are a couple of 3rd party apps that let you do exactly what you want with simple drag and drop. Doing it from Fuse is a PITA.

Anything doing with saving/organizing/moving tones in FUSE is a PITA in my opinion. whoever wrote the app didn't have their brain wired the way mine is. Building a preset graphically and tweaking it is really intuitive, but saving it to the amp requires looking it up in the manual...
