Hi all,

I just bought a fender Mustang II v2 and was eager to try out the Fuse software when... It didn't start. It keeps hanging at "starting up" with this blinking red/green light. I read every thing there is to read about it, searched every post on this forum, tried every step in the Fender help document. Nothing! It's getting reeaalllyy frustrating. I'm on Windows 8.1.

Pleeease help

Well... Yeah I know that the Fuse software is fully compatible with the Fender Mustang V.2 amplifiers... That's one of the main reasons I bought it. So I can create my own effects. Problem is, it doesn't work. I don't really know what you're trying to say, but thanks for your input anyway. But again, if someone who knows this stuff doens't respond within a few days, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to return it.

I bought it online. I guess I could try it, but I think the Fender staff wil probably know a lot more about this stuff than they do, so I sent an email to Fender TSL and hope to get a response soon. Will keep you posted.

Is the user account you're using to install and run the software a member of the local 'Administrators' group on the Windows 8.1 computer?
