Got a call from Tech today, and we went through some things with the amp. The tech stated that the issue had nothing to do with me, and was just the amp going down.
So the next step is to get it into a service center.
I also want to state that the crew at Fender have been nothing but nice and I inadvertently made it seem otherwise.

I got a call today from Tech and dealt with a very nice, and sincerely interested person. He led me through the a bunch of tests on the amp and it has to go to a Service Center.
So someone from CR is going to find a place and then they will let me know.
This person, in fact, everyone at Fender have gone out of their way to help with this matter.
I am very impressed with their customer service.
Great bunch of guys and gals.

There is no way the law would allow them to just say, "Well, go get it fixed, we really don't have anything more to do with it".
Is that what they said? Or was it more along the lines of ...

this has really gotten out of hand, and I am just going to deal with Fender, from now on. I keep misreading and misunderstanding things and they are doing their best. So that's good enough for me.

The Tech dept and the CR dept are doing all they can, and I am entirely grateful for their efforts and courtesy.

Talked with CR today, and they have made arrangements for me to get the amp to a service rep.
I wish to say again that everyone I dealt with were courteous, understanding, good listeners, and have gone out of their way to help me with this.
