Guitar amps by design are not meant to have flat responses like a studio monitor. The closest you're likely to come would be to plug into a powered stage monitor wedge and set it's EQ to flat response although you would lose the stereo effect unless you used two of them. Something like a Behringer Eurolive F1220A might do the trick.

Hi basil94,

In order to gig with your Fender® Mustang™ Floor, you will need either a guitar amp that ideally has a line input or an effects loop so that you can use the power section of the amp with your Mustang Floor, or a powered guitar or other appropriate speaker cabinet.

Alternately, you may want to use a more high tech approach and connect the XLR outputs to a monitor system and/or house sound system. This way, you could have a more "full bandwidth" monitor sound that it sounds like you have gotten used to. Also, keep in mind that whichever route you go (powered cabinet/guitar amp etc.), you also have the Output Voicing control in the UTIL (Utilities) menu on your Mustang Floor. Here you can control the "tone" or voice of the output to better accommodate whatever you are connected to.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan
