Hope I can get some help with this.
I have downloaded/installed the Fuse software. But, when I go to the interface from my desktop icon, it stays dim.
It comes up on the screen as a Studio Preamp.
In the lower left corner I have a flashing red/green light, and it says "Starting Up..." perpetually.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled quite a few times. Amp attached, not attached, on, off.
At one point, when I first connected the usb, it downloaded three things for it.
I have since, reinstalled and never got that notice again.
This is driving me nuts.
Any Ideas??? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Dear Mr. Bumpy,

Thanks for your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with Fender® FUSE™. Have you followed all the troubleshooting and support information on the support site? (Fender.com) If not, the link below is the troubleshooting document you should be following for your described issue.

Please try all the troubleshooting steps in the above link and e-mail us the logfiles and Event Viewer as described in the last step of the doc. in the event it still does not work.

OK. I tried re-installing everything, to no avail.
Made a new "User Account", and logged in with that. And, viola!
It got the interface to fire up. No time to play with it now. But, I think I'm in.
Thanks for directing me to the correct documents.
Excited to check it out. But, I gotta wait.
Thanks again!
