Is it possible to have both chorus and tremolo for the same amp setting? Also is it possible to rearrange the order of the presets? For example say I use presets 49, 38, 19 and 67 can I make these 1,2, 3 and 4?

Hi leftymexistrat,

You can select either Chorus or Tremolo as your MOD effect on a given patch, but not both. In regard to moving Presets, you can do this by going to the source Preset and activating the SAVE function so that the SAVE light is lit. To do this, press or turn any programmable knob or button. SAVE mode should activate.

Next, press the SAVE button once. You should see the option to re-title and select your desired location in this window. Turn the black encoder knob to select the destination location, and press the SAVE button again. Your source Preset should now be saved to your destination location.

If you see the "Memory Locked" notification (Mustang III-V), press EXIT and press the UTIL button (Utility) menu. Step through the UTIL menu until you see the Memory Lock screen. There you will likely see that Memory Lock is "On". Turn the black encoder knob on your amp to select "Off". Then press the EXIT button. Now you can return to the previous Preset moving steps as noted above.

Note that the Preset data in the destination location WILL BE OVERWRITTEN when you save a new/different Preset to that location. To save all your Preset data before you start moving Presets, use the Backup/Restore function in the Fender® FUSE™ editor/librarian software. This is located in Main Menu/Utilities/Backup. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan
