I have a new Mustang Floor foot switch.going into a D-DEC 30. Several reviews mention that some of the distortion presets needed to be toned down. Is their an presets out there to do that?
When you download a preset from Fuse how does get into the user preset group ? I had tried downloading twice and I don't see it, so I know I am doing something wrong. Unfortunately, this happens often when you are 70 years old.

Hi biomedfred,

We are happy to assist here. It looks like you may have several questions regarding usage of your Fender® Mustang™ Floor and Fender G-DEC® 3 products. We have a variety of support information available for these products. However, it may be more helpful in this case to contact us directly via email or phone and we can walk you through a few things such as modifying Presets you already have on either or both products, downloading new Presets, editing and saving Presets.

Please contact us at your convenience, and we can go from there.

Best Regards,
