This is how to fix the dreaded "Loading Please Wait..." problem that has been going on since 2010 and over countless forum and nonforum complaints. All the people getting annoyed at being asked for their system specs here, told to uninstall and reinstall both .NET and Silverlight multiple times and so on,try this FIRST.

SOLUTION/FIX: Fuse basicly runs on IE(root of the problem),so open your internet explorer, click on the tools button and select "Manage Add-ons",you will probably not see Silverlight there so click on box under "Show:" and make sure it is on "All add-ons". In the box to the right scroll down to Microsoft Silverlight, right click it and make sure it is ENABLED.

If this helped anyone that was pulling their last hair out from frustration,if you want to repay me by shooting a few views or comments my way on my flickr or youtube that would be nice.

The reason why unstalling and reinstalling Silverlight like some people ask you to works is because sometimes it automatically enables silverlight in the browser, its not a direct fix,its just a lucky side effect of reinstallation that doesnt always work.

THIS SHOULD BE SET AS A STICKY AT THE TOP OF THE FUSE SUBFORUM! LIKE...RIGHT NOW! Make this the first thread anyone sees when entering this subforum since everyone complaining on other sites all lead back to this subforum in the end with high hopes, why this info was not in the forum anywhere is beyond me,sticky THIS thread and save everyone a lot of headache.

I just saved Fender a bunch of people returning great sounding amps due to a bad software platform choice,no wonder Silverlight is gradually getting scrapped in place of HTML5,sheesh.

Dear HybridChoky,

(Updated 6/2/14) Thanks so much for your post. We appreciate your thoughtful input here. You make several good points. We do actually cover what you have included here via the support link below. When referring to confirming that Silverlight is active in IE, the reset step that we outline will automatically reset and correct this. We also cover clearing Silverlight "OutOfBrowser" and other additional troubleshooting steps listed in their priority of effectiveness. Again, we very much appreciate your input here.

Best Regards,

Alan
