Does anyone have the frustration of using the Fender Fuse G-Dec 3 software that I seem to have? Error messages, amp not connected, updating files for over an hour, etc.? I spend more time trying to get the amp to program and work, than I do using it. I am on a MAC with OS 10.9.

Hi Keith,

We are just checking in here. We sent an email to you regarding this yesterday. Hopefully you have had time to check it out. Typically, this issue can occur on Mac OS X when the amp is in USB Drive mode or if you were trying to save a Band Track to the amp's hard drive. Please let us know how things are going via email. Then we can go from there. Thanks.

Best Regards,
