Hi

Somethings not clear to me (i dont have a Mustang yet it is ordered and on it's way).
FUSE can play backingtracks right....
So will the backingtracks play trough the amp or comp speakers ?
I read somewhere the Mustang only "sends" signal so that is why i ask.
Would suck if backingtracks come from comp only, because i dont have monitors anymore only some crap comp speakers.

Thanks in advance

backing tracks only play on the computer, but .....

You can take the output from your sound card (line out) and run that into the Aux on the Mustang. Then adjust the volume using the computer to balance to the guitar signal coming out of the amp.

Or ..... copy your backing tracks to a media player (iPod, iPhone, etc.) and plug the media player into the Aux.

Here's the type of cable you'd need to get in either case:

Not necessarily. Mid-range to high end sound cards will more often have RCA outputs, not 3.5mm mini-jack. And if you use a mixer as your sound card, you'll likely have TS outputs. In both cases, they should default to line level and not instrument level, and be fine for feeding the Mustang. But the cable would differ on the computer end.

Portable devices, yes, but if his computer is like mine, he'd also need one of these, as there is no 3.5mm jack to plug into.
