My Fender Fuse has been dropping numbers from the list. You'll be looking and it will for from say 85 to 87 with no 86 in between. No big deal. It's on the amp. So you turn the wheel, tweak and save, and it's back. Then you'll scroll down the list and see that another number has dropped off the list and you have to put that one back. Please address this bug in the next update. Also, there should be a way to preview a Menu Online. Sampling the various Factory and User setting until you have all the presets you want and none you don't, and then update to that list. That would be great!

Hi tzer0,

It sounds like the amp may be switching Presets in hardware. You may want to try a Backup of your Presets in Fender® FUSE™. Then, try restoring the amp to Factory stock. (Then you can reload the Presets to your amp via the Restore function in Fender FUSE as well.)

Assuming you are on a Fender Mustang™, press and hold the Exit button while powering on to restore the amp to stock. Once the unit is powered on, it will have been restored to stock. See if this helps. If not, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist further.

Best Regards,

I have reset to Factory, several times. The results are the same.

Hi tzer0,

Thanks for your reply and additional information. If the amp if still behaving in the same manner, we would suggest that you either do an exchange with the store that you bought the unit from, or if you are out of any possible exchange period, contact a Fender® Authorized service center. Please see the included link below to locate a service center in your area (if needed). And please let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,
