hello!

i am on mac 10.6.8 and when i start fender fuse, the soft crash and the windows of fender fuse disappear.
i have the latest version of silverlight and mono framework

So can you help me??

Thanks very much for the participation and feedback here. We will be looking into this and will provide additional detail and support information as it is available. Normally, Mac OS X users should be able to update the Mono Framework without issue. And in the case where users are experiencing specific issues with Fender® FUSE™ displaying the "Starting Up" alternating red/green indicator, an update to the current Mono Framework should resolve the issue.

In the mean time, for other Mac users who are experiencing this issue, please contact us directly for individualized support for your install of Fender FUSE and your specific Mac. Thanks very much.
