I have the fender fuse running on windows xp service pack 2 it runs ok and connects to my mustang 3 v.2 ok but if i import a patch it will not save to the amp i have to go to the amp and press the red save button
any ideas what is wrong please

I don't know if that is possible, I also have to press save on the amp, It's not too much of a trouble though, I may be wrong but I think that the save button on the fuse interface is only to save your preset to your fuse library. If I am wrong somebody correct me

i have found that if you go into the preset editor and right click on a patch it gives a menu and lets you save it direct to the amp
let me know if it works for you please

Problem Description
Saving Presets from Fender FUSE to the Fender Mustang I-V, Mustang Floor, Mustang mini, Bronco 40 and Fender Passport mini amplifiers. Back to TopSolution
Presets can be transferred from the Fender FUSE Media Library and saved to the Fender Mustang I/II, Mustang mini, Fender Bronco 40 and Passport mini amps. This functionality exists in case there is a preset that only resides on your computer and you wish to save it to the amp. To transfer/copy Presets to the Mustang or other related amp, simply click the Computer tab in the Media Library (center row of tabs), right-click on the Preset you wish to copy and select " Save Preset to Amp". You will be asked to select a save location (00-23).

Presets can be transferred from the Fender FUSE Media Library and saved to the Fender Mustang III-V and Mustang Floor amps. This functionality exists in case there is a preset that only resides on your computer and you wish to save it to the amp. To transfer/copy Presets to the Mustang, simply click the Computer tab in the Media Library, right-click on the Preset you wish to copy and select " Save Preset to Amp". You will be asked to select a save location (00-99).
