Hello.

I am somewhat new to using Fuse and I like all the presets that are offered, but my problem lies within updating my profile.

Every time I try to update it with either some info or a picture, I keep getting an error message saying, 'That name is already registered.' It is very annoying and I have no idea how to get my profile to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi chuckey,

We will be happy to assist. Please take a look at the instructions below to help guide you through the process of creating a new Fender FUSE Community account. Please let us know if we can assist further.

Fender FUSE Community Account Registration
Please set up a Fender FUSE Community account first by following the steps here. Select unique Displayand User names (letter/number combination, etc). Next you will want to be sure that your password contains at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number and is at least 6 characters in length. Once you have completed the account setup, please see the additional information below to redeem your software serial numbers. And please let us know if we can assist further. To obtain Third Party software serial numbers, you will need to go to the Fender FUSE Community. You can do this either by using the Fender FUSE software and clicking on the Community button in the lower center of the interface. Or you can go directly to the site here: https://fuse.fender.com/. (Note that for the Fender G-DEC 3, software serial numbers are included with the amp.) Once there, you will need to click on Register in the upper right corner. There you will be able to register the amp, and set up your Fender FUSE Community account. When registering for your account, please be sure to select your amplifier type in the list and enter you serial number. Once your account set up is complete, go to the My Amplifiers tab in your Profile page and click on the Redeem button. Once you click on the Redeem button, you should see the software serial numbers. Be sure to install the ASIO Driver if you are usingWindows OS (http://www.fender.com/support/articles/ ... asiodriver), then the third party software, and complete authorization.)

Hi, Thanks for the response!

I think the advice you gave me was assuming that I had not yet set up a FUSE profile.
I already had a profile set up but for some reason I was not able to update anything on it (such as setting up a new password) due to an error message saying that "the name you have specified is already in use."

However, after I contacted the the tech support team I was able to get the problem resolved in a short about of time.

Thank you again though for offering some help, it was greatly appreciated!
