Hi, I emailed this to TSL but am not sure how long the typical response wait is. Is there a support number I can call? I haven't been able to use Fuse for over a week now, and am getting very frustrated. I have spent too many hours on this...

My amp shows up as connected as a USB device (device manager in Win. 7)... somehow I got it recognized by Fuse last night, but when I turned it off to do the firmware update, it wasn't recognized again. Tried with current 2.7 and 2.6x Fuse versions. Seems the drivers are installed by Windows 7 if I delete them (if I'm even deleting the right ones.)

Please let me know how I can help the troubleshooting process.

Much appreciated!

Is there a way to update the firmware without using Fuse?

Hi rhoelsch,

We will be happy to assist. Sorry for the delay in responding to your request. I would like to ask that you try performing a repair of your .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installation. To do this, you will need to go to Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs. There you will locate and highlight the .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 item in the list. Then select ‘Change/Repair’ and when the next window opens, select Repair. Once this is complete, close the Add or Remove Programs window and launch Fender FUSE to see if the issue is resolved. And please let me know if this worked out, and we can go from there. Thanks very much.
