Attn. Fender,

I am unable to download presets through the Fuse software nor am I able to download using a web browser. I keep getting logged out or getting multiple error messages\pages.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE? IT'S ALMOST AS THOUGH MY ACCOUNT ON THE FENDER SERVERS HAS BEEN DISABLED OR TAMPERED WITH IN SOME WAY.

I have uninstalled Fuse and reinstalled to no avail. I would like to keep the Floor but will take it back if I can't download and install presets. Here are the pages\messages I've received.

Always get this message when I try and log in. Use to log in automatically.

Hi CS,

We will be happy to assist. Thank you for posting those screen shots for us. We are currently performing maintenance on the Fender FUSE Community site, so it is possible that you might have seen some connectivity issues. This should be resolved over the weekend, and we also want to make sure that you perform the following steps.

1. Reset IE
2. Download the latest version of Fender FUSE (https://fuse.fender.com)
3. Delete the Silverlight OOB folder. (see instructions below).

Deleting Silverlight folder: Press your start button (bottom left corner) to access the search box. In the search box, type: %LOCALAPPDATA% and press enter. Once you see the search results, click to open the Microsoft folder. Once inside , locate and click the Silverlight folder. Once here, locate and delete the OutOfBrowser. Once this is done, try relaunching the Fender FUSE folder. If this still doesn't correct the behavior, please feel free to give us a call at the number below and we will be happy to assist further.

Still not working Monday at 2 PM. Trying to download any preset or backing track, after logging into Fuse, then Community, both don't have functioning remember me, both require a capital letter, regular letter, and numbers--yet constantly need to be re-logged in--it's like getting into the CIA website with you guys! Never get to the download, just end up with a that page doesn't exist, even after doing the silverlight folder delete and latest version of fuse, didn't need to restart IE as I was not using it, but I did restart fuse...

The page you are looking for is moved or doesn't exist.

Try again! Have you guys ever worked with computers before? Because I see html code text sometimes when it's not supposed be showing! LMAO

Same situation here. Cannot stay logged in, keep having to log in, and even then I can't download any presets or other files. Someone has screwed up your previously working Fuse website.

Please unscrew it so I don't have to take the Floor back to the store. I still have over a week for a full refund.

Dear Fender FUSE users,

We wanted to give you all an update in regards to the download issue, some of you might currently be experiencing. Our web team is currently working on this issue, and in the meantime we ask that you please login, using the bottom right LOGIN button in the Fender FUSE application, and use the Media Library function to search and download Presets, until we get a chance to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience, while we work on resolving this issue.

Page not found--needs to be replaced with a Please Log In page, it appears when you have been kicked off. I can get one or two presets downloaded from a regular browser window, then it kicks me and I have to log in again. Maybe Fender just needs to get their numbers up--look boss, how many people are using the Fuse site! LOL
