DEC 3 30 using Fuse
Help, trying to do a restore to my original presets and bands, after installing the Blues files. I am getting ALERT not enough room is available for the wav file. Over and over for each file, and I have to wait for more to pop up, then click OK. So for over 2 hours I have to return to the computer and click OK, OK, OK.
Is this because I didn't turn off the Mem Lock first? Wouldn't the software tell me, hey wanna remove mem lock so we can do this, before I have to sit here and click OK over and over? I can't cancel the restore, it has a cancel button but the whole box is grayed out. Software hell. And I searched restore on this forum and learned nothing.

if you are using a PC press
control-alt-delete
which will show you a full screen set of windows options
chose 'task manager'
find Fuse under the 'Processes' list (or Silverlight)
right click it and choose 'end process' and it will instantly kill the program
you'll lose, or may corrupt, any half done items.. !

Yes it's on a PC. I patiently clicked to acknowledge each file that wouldn't copy. Then unlocked mem and did it over. Can't believe the software doesn't just throw up a dialogue box asking if you want to overwrite files. But I am new with this and have not seen any other shortcomings yet, other than the extremely low mem of the unit, but I guess it was designed when mem was like gold.

And gold is going up again, my friend 8)
Actually, i think the idea was to provide a SD card slot so that you could put your extra songs in using an SD card...and have different SD cards with different genres of songs, and so on.
cheers,
Alex
