Insert the Volume pedal into a new preset? I have not been able to find anything that allows me to insert the expression pedal into my customized presets. Can anyone help?
Thanks!
RickeG

Hey RickeG,

First, you need the latest version of Fuse:
PC: http://wpc.077d.edgecastcdn.net/00077D/fender/support/software/fender_software/fender_fuse/pc/FenderFUSE_FULL_2.6.0.25.exe
MAC: http://wpc.077d.edgecastcdn.net/00077D/fender/support/software/fender_software/fender_fuse/mac/FenderFUSE_FULL_2.6.0.25.dmg

Make sure you have firmware ver 1.10:

Calibrate you EXP-1 using the updated procedure:

To get to the Expression Pedal setup:
Main Menu >Utilities > Expression Pedal...
In Windows you can use CTRL-e

You can then assign the Expression Mode to any effect or to the amp, there are a lot of combinations you can try. The Wah pedal is probably the most used but I also like assigning it to the Gain control of the amp on some of my presets so I can vary the amount of Gain during a song.

The Volume mode is universal for all presets, you can set the min/max volume level of the pedal. I have my minimum volume set to 60%.

The Fuse manual has more info but it isn't complete, you just need to play around with it to find what you like.

Hi RickeG,

It sounds like lnowlin is leading you in just the right direction. Thanks lnowlin. I assume that you have a Fender Mustang III-V or a Mustang Floor? I was not quite sure. At any rate, if we can be of any assistance, please let us know.
