With that said, I can assure you that the Fender® Technology Support Lab has noted and passed along all comments related to feature requests, including the "drag and drop" feature requests.

As this post from Fender is now 2 years old my guess is that it will never happen,
so my conclusion is, fender is either not willing or not able to implement this, otherwise it´d have happened already, which would take a rookie dev like 3 hours of time.
In both cases I think it´s save to say fender is not commited to this product (software).
I mean, 2 yaers have been a plenty of time for this, right?

It's been mentioned multiple times, but the ability to control from an Android tablet is a must. I would buy the Mustang iii in a heartbeat if it were available.
Instead I have started playing with the Line6 stuff, and you're about to lose a customer. They have tablet control and bluetooth, although I don't like that i have to go with an Apple product, or I would have pulled the trigger honestly.
Forget about the cloud stuff, it's the no wires/small form factor to control that will likely get me to switch to Line6.

Mustang owner. Would like to be able to record effects via the amp into my computer recording software (MAGIX Music Maker). Such Excellent variability for sounds and textures when writing songs, but the inability to forward that to the recorded song is sad in that it doesn't allow me to forward that to the recording.

I agree with a previous poster that the availability to hear a preset before downloading it would be a great addition to the availability of the preset options.

I have owned a G-DEC 30 for 2 years. Frustration mounts each time I try to use FUSE, or update on my MAC. I have not touched FUSE in months as I know I will waste hours trying to configure, update the amp. Reading all the Forum emails, it seems Fender is way off base making something taking this much time; WAY overly complicated! I have voiced my concern many times to my music dealer and while I love my Strat, I will never buy another Fender amp. Sorry...too much built into a system just for the sake of technology.

While FUSE is a great software for making lots of adjustments to your sound (IMHO), I can´t deny the fact that it hasn´t progressed significantly ever since its introduction. Lots of useful features could have been added by Fender (or the team that works on this kind of products) to offer an atractive pack over the competition. Sorry for that, because, again, I think FUSE is a great software for adjusting presets, but it´s falling short on features nowadays. Will Fender do something about that? So far, seems not. Here in this thread there are LOTS of good ideas and features to work on and to add to FUSE. But it´s not happening.

While I still use my Mustang I frequently, I have already decided to move on to other modeling amp that offers what I want/need. It´s only a matter of time. Sorry.

So, to the tittle of this thread: "FENDER WOULD LIKE YOUR FEEDBACK...". I will add this line: "for what?"

In my opinion, the same purpose as writing your congressman: mollification.
The writer gets a positive reply that doesn't really promise anything, not even that it will be read by someone (read the actual text in the reply, not the tone). However, it conveys the feeling that your input is welcome. Those who write suggestions might be less likely to vent their frustrations elsewhere while they still think there's a chance that their suggestion might lead to changes. And that's surely a plus for the corporation or congressman.

Most important is that you guys lose Silverlight for the Mac. It creates a lot of instability in other areas when the app is not running. I refuse to use software that use Silverlight because of the problems it creates on the Mac, just like Flash.

I can't even imagine that someone could offer presets without the chance to make sure that you would even want such a preset to begin with!!

Seems Fender modeled their site after Line 6's site. Like you have all the time in the world to sit at a computer and fiddle with downloading presets, which you can then delete because they are not what you wanted even though the name suggest it was.

And why in the world would you need 2 different logins for Fuse and Forums?
When music companies start their own websites they need to hire people who know something about websites and computers. Since its been about 2 years since you started this thread, when might we see some of the changes you asked us to submit?

They've given you exactly what was promised. People who thought Fender would jump and change things because they solicited input might be interested in a bridge I'm selling...

Know what?... You´re absolutely right, my friend! "Fender would like you feedback..." is just that: Fender would like our feedback. And that´s it. No promised made or anything. The only thing I miss is the time spent reading almost all the pages a good while back; I´ve could have spent it rather playing my guitar. But that´s entirely my fault, yes sir, not gonna blame Fender for that. But just in case they actually were going to do something about it in the future, there´s LOTS of good ideas here.

I must say that Alan -the Fender guy- was really helpful when I needed some feedback from him. Truth must be said. And Fender TSL as well.

No hard feelings. Peace everybody.

Keep going.

I figured this was coming.
First off you don't have a bridge, second, yes we got just what they promised.
They promised to start a thread where you could post all your wildest wishes for changes they are never going to make. Websites do this kind of thing all the time.
I was never one of the people who thought Fender would jump and change things. That's just plain foolish, much like claiming to have a bridge for sale when you know you don't.

But given that this is an exercise in wasting time, they do have some handy, important information here.

Gotya in one. You exemplify the problem of reading what one thinks is meant instead of what was actually said. I actually do have a bridge to sell. It came off a PRS SE, because it was replaced with a bridge with intonation adjustment.

No, you exemplify the problem by saying what you want people to believe you said, when all the time you had some other motive in mind. Much like this thread. They had no idea of changing anything which seems to be clear since after two years they have not.
There are people on every website who like to play the types of games you are playing.
Are you here to help people, or just play games?

As I stated, and you failed to read, I only stated what Fender asked for, and I knew was never coming. You jumped right in as if you understood what I was saying, when in fact it is clear you didn't,
