The one thing I want most

A looper peddle. I can't believe this software doesn't have it. What would be really nice is to incorporate the Mustang's footswitch with it and be able to loop multiple effects.

[quote="JohnR242"]1. Be able to select more than one stomp box in the effects chain.

2. Have a delay pedal with a dotted eight note switch, or selector switch like the Boss DD7.

3. An EQ pedal.

4. A Sitar pedal.

5. A speed control for band tracks.

6. A looper pedal.

Cheers!

+1! It's definitely the thing that i most want since i got my M3. Since there isn't enough space (probably) to put it together with the other already existing pedals here's an idea: you could create a looper option (on and off) on the UTIL menu. After, and since the first button on the four-switch pedal is already being used for tuner when pressed by 1 second (i think!), you could assign the same function to one of the another 3 available buttons for the looper. Example: 1) Turn on the looper function on the UTIL menu. 2) Press the footswitch button (reverb p.ex) for 1 or 2 seconds to start recording the loop (it doesn't need to be a long looper, 5 seconds would be enough for the most of people i think) and press it again to stay in loop. 3) Repeat pressing for 1 or 2 seconds to turn off the loop again.

It's just an idea, but i'm sure that everyone would appreciate it a lot!

Cheers and sorry for any mistakes in my english.

For Super Champ X2, when you go to save an effect preset to the amp, it asks what number slot to save it to... it would be nice if the slot number currently turned to on the FX select knob on the amp was the default choice when saving effects. As it stands, I have to go and peer closely at the FX select knob just to see what number I am at, so I don't accidently save over another preset.

This is more click & drag than drag & drop, but the simple ability to change the order of pre-sets would be great. While it's possible to create pre-sets for every song in your repertoire, who wants to play them in the same order every gig?

Hi, Fender TSL! Thanks for asking our feedback..

Apart from drag and drop as many have requested, I´d like:

1. Acoustic simulator pedal, would be JUST GREAT!!!!!! I think I´m the only one who has asked for this, but please, it would enhance the already great features of Fuse/Mustang..

2. A Metronome, for using both with FUSE or the amp itself.

3. A bass simulator wouldn´t be bad either

Make these features available for all Mustang versions, I own Mustang 1 v1, and I´m really happy with it. For it to be perfect, at least for me, would be to include the features mentioned above.

Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!

Sabas.

I'm using FUSE with a Mustang Floor, so my wishlist reflects that.

Drag-and-drop arrangement for presets (this seems to be the #1 request, and with good reason)
Acoustic simulator
A Bass Amp model
The ability to use more than one overdrive (like two stompboxes, or a stomp plus post-gain)

Please give us the stomp box option on channel one with some clean boost pedals and a TubeScreamer. Also acoustic guitar simulators.

I own a Super-Champ x2 HD. If it had a standby switch, a midrange knob and the above, it would go from great to perfect. Thanks.

My Mustang 1 worked flawlessly for a year until the USB port broke off. Kudos, amp replaced, no problem. Now amp will not show after latest update. :(

I would really love to see:

Using Fender Fuse:

1) Ability to Drag & Drop and change the order of Amp Presets
2) Ability to delete Amp Presets from the amp
3) Ability to sort by Amp models ('57 Twin Reverb, '57 Deluxe Reverb, etc.)

Aside from these minor items I totally love my new Fender Mustang III V2!!

While I understand the "belief" that things must be pretty to sell, often with guitar effects software over-emphasis on cosmetics and efforts to make the knobs turn with a mouse like they would with your fingers does more to thwart than to deliver good value and ease of use. You often have a great big screen an a small effects pedal with a tiny knob that takes minutes to get to move. I for one can simply stand for a small picture of the famous amp that is to be modeled but I don't need the knobs to be "virtualized". Guitar playing is the objective, not software operation (once you get past the overly cosmeticized interface). Fender can save money and increase it products value by using sliders and all manner of simplified techniques to make the product easier to use if you get it out of your heads that we need a giant virtual working model of the amp taking up the screen. That novelty wears off the fastest. So what. I know this is sacrilege to interface designers and product managers intoxicated with artful presentation, but the best guitar effects software interface I ever used was made for the Boss GS 10 which made no effort to show you the amp, placed all the effects on the screen in line and let you activate them and control them and save them easily. I got rid of the Line 6 POD Live floor array because I prefer to use software control because I'm fat and whoever designed that software was so hung up on the same techniques Fuse is using. I had to use three screens to find and get the effects I wanted. This is not a toy for kids or stupid people to marvel at. Guitar playing is the objective and if you spend an hour every time trying to get some decent sound because you've gone hog wild on making the interface gorgeous but unintuitive you've defeated the objective of getting the technology to be transparent so you can get right to playing. I get that it maserty of the software will come with perseverance, but there are surely lots of Strats and amps selling as second hand because the software like Fuse was a very pretty bear.
