Hey,

Just got started using the fuse software. I'm using MS xp and a Mustang III. Initially I couldn't download any preset through the community tab in the software and then had success using the fuse website. The preset can be opened in the software but has problems downloading to the amp. The effects download to the amp fine and can be saved but not the amp settings. I check both the boxes for amp and fx when opening the preset. Soooo....the effects make it to the amp but not the amp settings (type of amp in the preset and no volume/tone etc settings). Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi rhwinemaker,

It sounds like you are perhaps using the Import function here. If so, you can try going directly to the Fender FUSE Community through a web browser or through the Community button or Media Library in the Fender FUSE software. Once you have accessed the Community, you can use the download functions and ave the entire Preset to your local hard drive. Then you should be able to save the Preset to your amp. If you would like, please feel free to email of call us and we will be glad to walk you through some of these steps as well.
