I dig the effects that are included with FUSE but would it be possible to have more effects pedals developed and available ? I dig effects/multi effects pedals. It would be cool if more than 4 "effects pedals" were included (or, could be obtained) from Fender for use in FUSE. What do you think ?

It has been suggested by Fender reps that the digital processing power of the Mustangs is near its limit and that adding too much more stuff is therefore a problem.

The existing effects available in Fuse seem to me to cover most of the main bases, unless you are looking for more obscure things, although I don't disagree that some of the existing effects could perhaps be better implemented.

Not sure why you would want to add a multi-effects unit inside Fuse, which is itself really a 'multi-effects unit' ?

With the millions of effects pedals available on the market, I thought it might be...cool... I guess to have more than just the 4 available that come with FUSE. Would it be possible to program other pedals (I guess like VST plug ins) that run under FUSE. Do I know what I'm talking about ? :D :?:

There may be only 4 CATEGORIES of effects within Fuse, but each of those categories has many different TYPES of effect within it - I think there are 30-40 effects available in total.

Fuse is self contained, and limited to use with the range of Fender amps it was designed for.

You cannot run VSTs from within Fuse, nor can you run Fuse as a VST within another program. If you want that kind of function, your really need one of the major VST/Standalone amp-and-effects simulations like Guitar Rig or Amplitube.

The other way to get more effects would be to put actual pedals or a multi-effects unit in front of the Mustang amps, although you need to be very careful about settings on both pedals and amps if it's going to sound any good.

Also, fuse only accesses what is built into the amp itself. It's used to go deep into the amp and tweak the hardware. So, if the amp doesn't already have something built into it, fuse can't create it. Hope you understand what I'm trying to convey.
