At least it helped me. On both of my laptops (Windows Vista / 7) Fuse reactions were so slow that it nearly drove me crasy.
Yesterday I had a look to the Silverlight menu in the Startmenu of Windows. In the 3rd tab of the Silverlight controlcenter you ll find a checkbox for "Hardware-Acceleration" witch was checked. Just for curiosity I deactivated it and restarted Fuse.
Result: Now the display of Fuse is much faster, even the onscreen tuner is (nearly ;) usable!
I think that means that Silverlight doesnt work well together with the grafic hardware of my laptop.

If you have the same problem, give it a try!

Hey Frente,

Hardware acceleration doesn't work well with every hardware configuration. It's not supposed to make the software laggy though.

hi Loren,

if you are right, the more important it is to tell the people to switch it off. Because the default setting of Silverlight seems to be "on". I never touched this controlpanel of Silverlight, I even didn't knew about its existance.
