This may be a stupid question but I have My Mustang v hooked up to my computor and Fender Fuse shows everything is ok but I get no sound from the computor. What am I doing wrong?

You're not going to get any sound from your computer using Fender FUSE. FUSE is just an interface application that allows you to fine-tune your presets and to save/archive them to your computer for quick reference.

For listening/recording, you'll want to check out Ableton Live (recording) and AmpliTube (amp modeller), lite versions of which come with your Mustang amp. I think someone also recommended Audacity for easy recording.

I'm having this issue but getting no sound from Ableton either. I was getting sound from the Fuse I think (though now I'm confused as to whether I had my headphones plugged into the amp or my laptop!)

How do I hear through Ableton/record?

When you setup the ASIO driver, you must set the amp as the input device and your sound card as the output device. There is a problem with some built-in sound cards (like on a laptop) where they are unavailable (ASIO won't allow them to be used).

The amp's USB connection is one way for audio, it doesn't send audio back to the amp from the computer. To do that, run a stereo audio cable with 1/8" plugs from the audio out of the computer's sound card (line if possible) to the AUX input on the amp.
