Dear Ozhogie,

At 6 a.m. an e-mail was received with the following alert.
MBMcAfeeSaaSReport@mcafee.com.
This alert prevents the e-mail from being accepted into the company's server. I am not allowed to open up an e-mail that generates this alert.

So in the interest of your privacy I won't mention your name, but in order to resolve this and verify this is you, I will provide the initials of the first and last name.
PH are the initials of the sender, is this you? If so can you please verify the files are saved as .txt (text). If they are text files and are still generating this Alert I will contact our IT team. Can you please e-mail us at TSL@fender.com
without an attachment as a test, response will also be faster than forum post and hopefully we can get this problem resolved.

Thanks,

Hi

Thanks for your reply. I have sent you an email with the following message. The logs were saved as text files - which may be why they are too big for your server to accept. Please let me know what to do now.

Hi

This is a test email to verify that I am Ozhogie. The recent email that I sent you with the text attachments have bounced with the message that the email is too large.

Please let me know what to do now.

Regards

I've tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide and no luck. I have a Dell XPS8700 with i7 SP1 and Windows Pro. Sound is a Steinberg UR22. All drivers up-to-date. All Windows updates installed. I am logged in as administrator. Browser is Firefox. :(

YEA YEA - FINALLY - got FUSE up and running - very slick - what an amazing value the Mustang line is!!!!
The support from Fender and Sweetwater was spectacular. I had a response from the Fender TSL within 45 minutes of sending in my log files!!! The staff at Sweetwater was really great too!!!

Thanks so very much!

Dear Fender Support Team,

I am experiencing the same trouble with launching the software. Once opened, "Loading. Please wait.. occurs. When I mark the screen after a wile, it says "blocked plug-in". I tried all the troubleshooting steps, none of them worked though. The funny thing is, that right after formatting the mac and upgrading it to el capitan, it worked. So I thought that mavericks was the cause for the problem. But after two days I have the same problem like before. Should I now gather the files and send it to you?

Your help is highly appreciated! Thanks a lot in advance.

Best Wishes

Hello,

For the issue regarding the blocked plugin, it may be the "Gatekeeper" security feature on your OS. You can resolve that by following the steps listed here - http://www2.fender.com/support/articles ... and-later/

This has happened to me a number of times and I was always able to fix it with a reboot - reinstall Silverlight - reboot. Good luck!

First of all, thank you very much for your reply! After updating my mac to Mac OS X El Capitan everything worked just fine! So another troubleshooting step would be to update your macbook to the latest version.
Best wishes

Ole
