Hi everyone!

I´m owning a Fender Mustang I since some days. Sounds good, but I´m having some troubles with the Fender Fuse Software.

Installation was no Problem. I´ve also installed Amplitube and Ableton, and of course the Fender Asio Driver.
I can record and play in amplitube, so the usb interface works perfectly. But I have troubles with Fender Fuse. The Programm shows me that my Amp is connected, but I am not able to see my amp presets in the programm. I also can´t load presets to my amp, they are always said to be broken.

I have also tried to update the firmware, but the update doesn´t finish. After more than an hour i reconected my Amp. After that the programm tells me that the firmware has been updated. But it changes nothing.
I´ve tried this several times, but no change! I have also reinstalled Fender Fuse and the Driver for about 5 times, but it still doesn´t work.

Can anyone help me to solve my problems, so that I could use the full range of my amp?

I´m using a windows PC with Windows Vista 32bit, a pentium dual cpu with 2 ghz and 4 gb ram.

Thanks in advice,
Tom.

Have you tried the Factory Reset option? It should be in your manual somewhere.

I can't think of anything else to help you. It sounds like you'll have to talk to Fender directly about this.

Are you connecting via a USB hub or a single dedicated USB port? The interface doesn't work well on a hub and you should always use the same USB port each time you connect.

This may not be your problem but, it's good to keep these things in mind.

Hey Tom,

I apologize for the delay. Are you still having trouble with FUSE?
