Post subject: FUSE not working

Hi There, does anyone know how long it takes for the Fender techs to check over a emailed Patch file. I was sent an email a few days ago with a link to a download which created a report of sorts when I tried to run FUSE. I have emailed the document created back, and have not hard anything back.
My program doesn't do anything over than "Loading...Please wait", and then crashes the computer. I have tried all the little remedies people have suggested (uninstalling/reinstalling, making sure Silverlight is up to date, etc), and nothing has helped.

I have got the email. The "Run as..." on my drop menu from the Fender Fuse program link in "All Programs" doesn't give me a box "Run as Administrator" to tick.
All it has is "Current User" (Home/blah blah /Mark-Allan (My account)) and that is a ADMIN account. It also has a box beneath that which say's about allowing program activity, etc.
It then has the second choice, which basically has the names of the users on the PC.
I tried it every which way, and, it still won't work (I don't even get the "Loading Please Wait" and Fender logo now, just a white screen!...

correction Loren...
I do get the Loading Please Wait on some attempts, others a white screen. The PC then freezes up....
