I was one of may who suffered from the "Loading - Please Wait" problem....and did again when I updated to v.2.3!

I'd forgotten....and just updated to the latest version...and guess what?!
The dreaded screen is back!

Luckily, I've kept a copy of Fender's "troubleshooting.bat" somewhere, so hopefully will e able to sort my own problem.....but be warned!
If you haven't kept a copy of Fender's solution file, you may be heading back to the "L-PW" screen!

I didn't have any problems with Fuse 2.4. It may be your PC hardware config.

Hey Jack,

I"m sorry you're experiencing this issue again. Were you able to get up and running? If not, let me know.

One thing I have noticed - and forgot to mention - is that, since updating, I can't re-order the presets any longer.....you know how you can normally choose Genre/Popularity/Rating/Ascending, etc., etc?
Well, any search now brings up the same page, stating that the "webpage cannot be displayed", and that "an error has occured in the script on this page....", blaming "Line 6 (!), Character 33, Access is denied" relating to https://fuse.fender.com/themes/fuse/js/ ... nav/nav.js

The back arrow doesn't work from this screen, so I have to quit the program as a result.
