I see slots for a few stomp boxes but I only seem to be able to add one stomp box. Is there a way to add multiples?

I need to add overdrive and wah to get the sound for the second part of Sweet Child O' Mine solo 3.

Unless of course someone has a preset for that already done?

There is no way to add multiples. The frist slot is overdrive or distortion, next is modulation types, after that is delay types. Either post or pre amp. You should still be able to get close to what you want with some experimenting. That's part of the fun.

Well that's a bummer.

I think all I need to add is Wah. I've got slashes' sound down haven't been able to figure out the second part of the solo with wah...without adding an actual wah pedal

well.if you have a rec out/phones jack/port in your external stompbox, then you are done.
i was struggling with my boss me-70,but i am done now.use a 3.5mm male to male stereo cable to connect your stompbox to fender mustang' aux in port.

I would like 2 stompboxes as a feature. For example, if I wanted to use a compressor and overdrive at the same time.

If you are not aware of it, there is a compressor in the advanced amp tab where the noise gate and tamber (speaker cab simulators)

This is only available for the GDEC series, the compressor is a stompbox on the Mustang series of amps.

Hey All,

Unfortunately, you can't have more than one instance of the same effect type. This may change in future models.

It would be great if this could be done with a firmware and fuse update, so existing owners could combine effects of the same type. The challenge is that the Mustang iii-v have buttons labeled stomp/mod/delay/reverb, and the 4-button footswitch has buttons labeled stomp/mod/delay. I think this could be handled by reinterpreting the buttons simply as effects 1-4 in the order they are in the effects chain, even if the 2nd item isn't necessarily a modulation effect.

Just spending a few moments on wishful thinking...

Mike

My complaint is on one particular preset I had the overdrive, reverb and delay post amp and I wanted to put a compressor pedal up front. Problem is as soon as you click on Foot Pedal it is defaulted to Overdrive pedal and the Overdrive on the Post side disappears. I haven't tried this yet but I assume if I were to install the compressor pedal on preamp side first then add the Overdrive on the post amp side next the problem would be solved. I don't feel I should have to do that. The pedal choice should be defaulted to "nothing" and then let the user select just the one they want so this doesn't occur.
