Why can't they make it so that you can edit the style, description, genre and even the name of patches after they've been uploaded? Sheesh! I'd do it in Fuse but the interface is such a crapfest. It's got zero continuity. If the feature is supposed to be there, you shouldn't have to look for it.

Hey Orcatraz,

We're sorry if Fender FUSE isn't to your liking yet. Please keep in mind that it's relatively new software and we're still working on it. If you have any question regarding the software, please let us know.

Hi Loren,
please excuse the harshness of my post. It was one of those days.
Still, there are certain conventions such as dedicated buttons that in this day and age, are to be expected in modern software. If Fuse were at version 1.2 or even 1.5, I could overlook its shortcomings. But respectfully, were at version 2.3.0. For example, I simply do not understand why a much talked about feature - by Fender at that - such as being able to upload user created presets, does not have its own dedicated button. A new user should not have to go to Fender's website to find out how to do that. If it's a highlighted feature, why hide it behind a "right click"? The logic behind this escapes me.

You guys did such an amazing job with the Mustang that I guess I expected the same excellence in Fuse. I can understand the use of right clicking for seldom used features but not for ones that would be frequently used. "Upload" is one of these features.

The guys who designed Fuse had enough time to add the completely frivolous feature of being able to use "Themes", yet they seem to have forgotten some of Fuse's basic functionality. I would more than gladly forgo the "Themes" in exchange for better functionality.

Give the Fender guys some time. They actually listen to their user community. I had a first gen GDEC and I can't believe how they transformed it. My guess is they will continue to make improvements with FUSE too.
