I have a pretty fast computer (3D gaming and all that) and I still find that FUSE starts *very* slowly, and then is very laggy when it's running. It makes the software a lot less fun to use.

Is there any fix to speed it up?

My amp is running the latest firmware (1.7.4) and I'm running the latest version of FUSE (2.2.2).

I've actually gone to the trouble of compiling and running the PLUG software on my linux box, which is like lightning compared to FUSE. Fender, in your next software project, please don't use Silverlight. It sucks.

I run Fuse on a Aspire One netbook, and don't have any problems with lag.

I use an HP Pavilion with great results. Try defragging your system and see if that helps any.
ABS :D

I'm running Fuse on an HP dv7 laptop and I don't notice any lagging. However, if I spend a lot of time changing the band tracks associated with the various presets the amplifier will hang during a save and I have to toggle it off/on to continue. It's probably tired of waiting for me to make up my mind as to which song to associate

I've got a Dell that's a couple years old, Windows Vista. And yeah, it takes a minute for Fuse to load when I start it up. And I get a second or two delay for the graphics to catch up when I change a preset or click on a drop down menu. Also when I drag a pedal or rack effect it's not a seamless drag, I mean it's kinda jumpy, like the graphic is trying to catch up with the cursor.

But like all the other minor annoiances in Fuse, I just wrote it off as minor. I hope they can improve the perfomance, but its not a show stopper for me.
